Dr Neil Kotecha presents his recent case which involved a missing molar tooth as well as a further broken down molar tooth on the other side of the lower jaw. The patient came to Dr Kotecha seeking his help and a treatment plan was made, which consisted of the extraction of the compromised tooth, followed by Guided Bone Regeneration (GBR) or grafting. This allowed Dr Kotecha the ability to preserve and augment the mandibular ridge. Following a period of healing, Dr Kotecha placed Implant Swiss Implants on the affected sites. Further time was then given to enable the full integration of the Implants and bone. The final stages involved the restorations and completion of the treatment by the addition of 2 Ceramic Crowns. The patient was very pleased with the entire process and the final outcome and can now smile again with confidence. #happypatienthappydentist
Recently, Dr Neil Kotecha carried out another successful Implant case on a patient who was suffering from both a problematic tooth and bone loss. Dr Kotecha firstly extracted the tooth and restored the bone to sufficient levels for the Implant and the Crown to be sustainable. Both Dr Kotecha and the patient were really pleased with the final outcome.
