A patient came in, distraught, having broken their Premolar Crowned tooth. The root canal treatment was satisfactory and no symptoms were evident. A chairside Fibre post and core were fabricated and bonded using Para Core. The tooth was scanned using our 3Shape Trios digital scanner and this was followed by a full design of the restoration. Finally, the crown was milled using our in-house VHF milling machine. This delivered both a functional and aesthetically pleasing restoration in ONLY A DAY! Dr Neil Kotecha

This patient had a failing Root Canal Treatment on the LR7 tooth. This tooth was subsequently extracted and a guided BioHorizons Implant was placed. A Porcelain Crown was then secured over the Implant and aesthetics and function restored. Patient was really satisfied with the end result.
